Can I pay using cryptocurrency? 
Yes, simply follow the standard checkout process and you can pay for your order using Ethereum or Bitcoin via Coinbase Commerce. 

 

Can I track my shipment? 
Yes, tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. If you haven't heard anything within 3 business days, please email bufficorn@ethdenver.com to request an update. There may have been a typo or other issue with the email address associated with your order.

 

Can I change or cancel my order? 
You're welcome to request a change or cancellation of an order by emailing bufficorn@ethdenver.com as soon as possible from the time of making your order. If your order has already been packaged and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

 

How do I return or exchange an item from my order?
Please follow the instructions in our Refund Policy.

 

How do I enter a promo code?
Bufficorn.com may offer limited time seasonal promo codes. To apply your code, add all desired products to your cart and click "Check out". On the next screen, enter your code in the "Discount code" field in the right column and click "Apply". You will see the change in your cart.
  • If your discount includes free shipping, it will reflect on the next page as long as the terms of the discount code have been met.
  • If your discount includes a free add-on item with purchase, you do not need to add the item to your cart. Your free item will be automatically added by staff when packaging your order.
